Indoor Netball Highvale
The game is played in two 20 minute halves and is great for fitness for both men and women. Players are allowed to pass the ball off the net making this an extremely fast game as the ball never goes out of play.
Teams consist of 7 players who play in Ladies, Mixed, Men's and Juniors.
Some centres conduct Ladies Daytime competitions and have child minding services available.
