Our centre provides a holistic approach using Remedial, Sports and Oriental massage, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Natural skincare, Counselling, Life Coaching, Meditation and Reiki.

We also offer a range of evening and weekend workshops and courses in Aromatherapy, Natural Products and other natural therapies.

Our Weight Management programmes offer a choice of an individually tailored approach or a group approach to a healthy lifestyle and permanent weight loss without supplements or expensive diet foods.

Weight Management

Our weight management consultant can help you develop a healthy lifestyle without the use of expensive foods or supplements. Learn how you can lose weight and keep it off for ever.

Our groups meet on Mondays at 7.00pm and Thursdays at 10 am Groups are small and personal and feature a cooking demonstration each week.

We also provide a one on one weight management service by appointment. For more information please call and speak to Kay.

MEDITATION GROUP
This group meets on Wednesday evenings at 7.00pm for guided meditation. Beginners are welcome.
