Try our popular Yoga or Pilates classes, to giving you clarity with Hypnotherapy, stress management with remedial massage or nutritional advice, Wellwood Health has a strong emphasis on well-being for everyone.

We take pride in cultivating the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that so many of our clients have come to expect when visiting the retreat.

Whilst our ultimate goal is to inspire you to maintain your health and prevent illness we are also committed to assisting your recovery in the event of any illness you might have.
