It has been a burning goal within Roslyn for several years to assist people in making good decisions, to recognise their real potential and think beyond average. It was like a penny dropping for Roslyn when she discovered there was a recognised profession dedicated specifically to this type thinking. It is Life Coaching.

Once Roslyn discovered a way to focus the energy behind her burning desire to work with people to guide and support them, she set off to learn more, to do more and become A highly sort after World Class Life Coach.

This is a journey that is ongoing, though it is a great focus, a great Goal. Great thinking has been at the heart of every success in Roslyn’s life. As a Property Sales Professional, Roslyn quickly rose to be a highly regarded top performer due to communicating effectively, building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, work associates and her executive leaders. Amongst the diverse duties in this role one of Roslyn responsibilities was coaching Sales Associates to become Sales Professionals. Roslyn did this extremely successfully using a combination of methods including the Results Coaching methodology.
