Treatments in the Lavender Snug Therapy Centre, in a tranquil setting. Pregnancy massage alleviates problems, helps you to relax and prepares your body for labour. Gentle and effective techniques and a custom made table ensure maximum comfort and support for your growing body.

Postnatal Massage soothes, promotes relaxation and gives you valuable time for yourself. Birth trauma, the hormone relaxing leaving your body and breastfeeding can all contribute to postnatal aches. Massage helps heal these and maintains optimal health.
