KDV Sport - Carrara Gold Coast

The KDV Sport Fitness Centre is a health and fitness facility that provides unparalleled fitness and wellness amenities on the Gold Coast.

The ultimate environment for exercise is complimented with the very latest fitness equipment, the Gold Coast's best personal trainers, recovery spa & ice baths, sauna, heated outdoor pool and a beauty and massage salon.

The fitness centre also offers a wide variety of group fitness classes allowing you to experience a diverse spread of workout styles including deep water running, HIIT circuit fitness classes, and gravity fit classes.

Semi–private classes (max 8) are also provided including 360 conditioning for men and women, and golf performance conditioning classes.

Personal training is available one on one or in small groups.

Casual visit or membership benefits Visit once for a casual visit or become a member where you will receive full access to the gym, sauna, spa, ice baths and our heated, outdoor swimming pool. Membership of our Fitness Centre also provides additional benefits to the golf driving range, tennis courts, mini golf and functions.

KDV Team

The entire KDV team are fully certified fitness professionals.
The Fitness Centre is managed and overseen by former Olympic swimmer Ryan Gambin, who has gone on to develop an outstanding personal training program to fully equip people of all ages with the necessary skills to maximise their abilities.
