Beach Health Retreat offers private, personalised wellbeing retreats at Cotton Tree, Maroochydore, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Hosted by Deb Pepperdine and Ian Trew, each stay is for one person or one couple in a self-contained beachside apartment, with a plan shaped around their preferences. Beach Health Retreat is a non-clinical wellbeing retreat, not a medical or psychiatric treatment service.
