The Pilates Head to Toe team continues to offer focused studio sessions and small group Matwork classes, ensuring a sense of well-being and core strength is achieved.

My Clients
To start with, Pilates doesn't really feel like much of a workout. But once you get the correct technique and start to move onto more advances exercises- it is amazing the difference it'll make on your posture, strength and movement! I didn't get the full benefits from Pilates until I started working 1 on 1 with Monique. Her simple descriptions on how to do the exercises and constant motivation will ensure you get the most out of your sessions.     Monique Telfer

    Monique has been in the health and fitness industry since 1998. Initially studying in the UK, she then continued her education with the Australian Institute of Fitness in Queensland becoming a registered personal trainer.

    Monique has now been teaching Pilates for more than 3 years and is always improving her knowledge and skills, via workshops and her certification in STOTT PILATES TM, an internationally recognised form of Pilates. www.stottpilates.com

    Alison Spink

    Alison was first introduced to the benefits of Pilates as a teenager while studying ballet. She continued to use the Pilates method to improve her strength and technique while working as a professional dancer. She began her Stott Pilates training while rehabilitating from an injury in 2005 before returning overseas to travel and continue her dance career. Since returning to Brisbane in November she has attended workshops and completed further Stott Pilates training and is now certified.
