New Farm Hypnotherapy Clinic was established in 1998 by Antoine Matarasso. He has lived in the Middle East and in Europe before settling in Australia where he has lived and worked since 1981. Antoine has actively engaged with people, both individually and in groups, helping them develop strategies for dealing with the challenges of life.
During 1989 he began working in Brisbane, primarily in the Fortitude Valley and New Farm area. His work here has involved establishing welfare assistance schemes, emergency housing for homeless men and hospital and prison visitation. Leadership training, teaching, lecturing and public speaking has taken Antoine throughout Asia, Europe, Africa the USA and Australia.
He is a gifted communicator who speaks fluent French and has qualifications in communication, counselling and clinical hypnotherapy. He is a member of both the Australian Hypnotherapist's Association and the Ericksonian Hypnosis Association of Australia Inc., and serves on the Queensland management committee of both organisations.
Glen Duffy has more than 25 years experience in the field of mental health and psychotherapy. He has a wide range of skills having worked both in hospitals as well as in the community. Glen spent several years involved in drug /alcohol clinics.
Since specializing in the use of Hypnosis, Glen has been able to help many people make meaningful changes in their lives, addressing issues such as stress, phobias, post traumatic stress, pain management, addictive behaviours, sleep disorders, academic and athletic performance enhancement.
Glen is a registered nurse with qualifications in general nursing, psychiatric nursing and clinical hypnotherapy. He is a member of both the Australian Hypnotherapist's Association and the Ericksonian Hypnosis Association of Australia Inc., the latter of which he serves on the management committee.
New Farm Hypnotherapy Clinic is committed to providing professional hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and counselling services in both the greater and inner city areas of Brisbane.
