With the help of our fantastic and friendly staff and our great social atmosphere we will motivate you all the way. Our experienced world class Results Trainers will give you one on one attention to help you achieve your goal faster.

Ashgrove has been newly refurbished with all new state of the art equipment. The centre is fully air conditioned with your own personalised LCD flat screen on every piece of cardio equipment, so you can bring your own DVD or CD to play while you work out.

We have a new extensive range of free weights and pin loaded weights to cater for a variety of training preferences.

We also have world class Group Fitness Sessions including Les Mills and Free Style classes. These cater for all ages and fitness levels. And DON'T WORRY all you Mum's out there we do have Kids Club Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 11.30am.
