Lifestyle Health Club – Browns Plains, has been established since May 05 and is a family owned business.

The centre is still the largest Fitness Centre in the Browns Plains area which offers the latest and motivating approach to health and fitness. The Lifestyle Health Club is a relaxed and enjoyable centre that offers activities and programs for absolutely everyone. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or experienced exerciser, we have the right program for you! Our centre has a wide range of clients from the disabled to the elderly, from the young to the old and a wide range of business men and women.

Our centre is non-intimidating and we have friendly and helpful staff to help you with your needs and desires regarding your health and fitness goals. Our facility is clean with the latest up to date equipment that is constantly maintained to ensure our members are enjoying a safe and happy workout. Our professional staff will assist and motivate you to ensure your health and fitness goals become a reality.
