COLD SPA BATH
Experience an invigorating plunge into the cold spa. This is designed to improve your circulation and rejuvenate your body. A powerful cold jet from above will massage your aches and pains away.
SAUNA Relax in the sauna as you “sweat out” built up toxins.
LOUNGE
Sit back and relax between treatments or before heading home in comfortable lounges with television and in-house movies.
LOCKERS
For storage of your personal belongings. Showers, towels, toiletries, body creams and hair dryers are all provided for your convenience.

Your treatment is finished with a nourishing carrot oil moisturizer (rich in Vit D) being lightly massaged into your skin.
ESSENTIAL BODY DETOX
The ultimate skin detoxifying treatment. Begin your treatment with a sauna to warm muscle tissue and increase body metabolism.
