    Because it is important that you feel comfortable with your personal trainer, PURE PERSONAL TRAINING offers a free first session. During that consultation you will undertake a pre-screening questionnaire to ensure that the right program is tailored to meet your needs.

    One of the many benefits of using a personal trainer instead of joining a local gym is that you can personalise your exercise program to meet your individual needs. PURE PERSONAL TRAINING can be available at times that suit you. We offer a range of physical activities including strength and conditioning, core and cardiovascular exercises. He is a motivating Personal Trainer who focuses on the importance of offering clients efficient yet fun training techniques. He can help you to tone, lose fat and improve your general fitness. He strives to be a personal mentor for every client by offering dietary, motivational, and long term health and fitness advice.

    Stephens qualifications include Cert. III Gym Instructor, Cert. IV in Fitness, Senior First Aid and he is an accredited member of Fitness Australia.
